  1. LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    1. A legal reason for personal data processing is your consent given to this administrator within the meaning of Article 6 (1) letter a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/697 on protecting individuals with regard to personal data processing, on the free movement of such data and cancellation Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on Personal Data Protection).

 

  1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    1. The purpose of personal data processing is sending tax documents, business announcements and other marketing activities by the administrator to you.

    2. No automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation shall be taken by the administrator.

 

  1. STORAGE LENGTH OF THE PERSONAL DATA

 

    1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of rights and obligations under the agreement and for the period necessary for archiving according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but for the period stipulated by generally binding legal regulations at the latest.

 

  1. OTHER RECEPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

    1. Other recipients of your personal data will be forwarding companies and other persons involved in goods delivery or payments under a sales agreement, and persons providing technical services for the administrator related to the e-shop operation, accounting and marketing, including software operations and data storage.

    2. The recipients of your processed personal data for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the law could also be financial authorities or other competent authorities in cases where the administrators impose generally binding legal regulations.

    3. The administrator does not intend to pass your personal data to a developing country (to a non-EU country) or an international organisation.

 

  1. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

 

    1. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from your administrator, and also the right to correct or delete your personal data, or restrict their processing, the right to object to personal data processing, and the right to the portability of your personal data.

    2. At anytime you have the right to withdraw your consent regarding the processing of personal data given to the Administrator. However, this is without prejudice to the lawfulness of personal data processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. Your consent regarding personal data processing can be appealed on e-mail at obchod@glam.cz

    3. If you believe that the personal data processing has violated or the regulation, you have, inter alia, the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

    4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement and is not a requirement that is necessary for the agreement’s conclusion.

 

In the case of personal data processing that is necessary for the agreement’s fulfilment by an internet marketer or for the implementation of measures taken before the agreement’s conclusion by an internet marketer.

It only applies to situations where personal data is collected directly from data subjects (customers). Therefore, it does not apply to situations whereby personal data is obtained in a different way (from a third person, from another administrator, from the Internet, etc.)

It particularly does not cover situations where personal data should be transferred to non-EU countries and processing a specific category of personal data. 

Information on personal data processing in the case of sending business communications (i.e. personal data processing based on customer consent), is governed by these conditions.

We can continuously modify or update your Privacy Policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective upon their publication on this website.
